I offer a satisfaction guarantee. We will discuss your vision in detail before the shoot, and I provide a review phase for all edits to ensure the final result is exactly what you need.
After the shoot, you receive a first cut for review within 7 days. You send me your notes — timings, colour, pacing, music, anything — and I revise until it feels right. Minor tweaks are always included.
We reschedule at no cost. Scottish weather has opinions of its own, and pushing through a bad ceiling is how you end up with grey, flat footage. I'd rather move a day than deliver something forgettable.
Yes. You receive a full commercial licence for the delivered edits and raw files, in perpetuity. I retain the right to use small excerpts in my portfolio unless you'd prefer otherwise (just say the word).
Aim for 2–4 weeks where possible — golden-hour and event slots go quickly. Same-week bookings are sometimes doable; email me and we'll see.
